'War' at Pluzz Fm Studios Over Sarkodie's New Guy Song

It is not surprising that the most anticipated collaboration between Sarkodie and Ace Hood could generate a verbal war between industry players in the country.

Sarkodie's NEW GUY song was released within the week and colleague musicians  as well as music lovers took to Social Media to show their sentiments about the song.

A song which is believed to get one the most hypes in resent times ,which even involve a $25000  controversy between the two artistes will not be surprise to face more critics than expected.

Panelists on Pluzz Fm's morning show dubbed ''AM PLUZZ'' hosted by Samuel Baah,the managing editor of FLEX NEWSPAPER, on Thursday spoke their minds on the song which was placed on their ''judgement board'' to be judged.

The Panelists including Seli,Oteng a sound engineer, and the whole Thursday morning crew on the show criticized the song to be a ''wack'' song,with some even saying it has no hook or even  a chorus.

The song was even criticized for not being well structured and lacks the African style of music instrumentation.

Bull Dog,who is Shata Wale's manager could  not withstand the rate at which the song was being criticized and so call into the show to speak his mind on the topic.

He stated categorically that ,the panelists should stop condemning an artwork and rather criticize it constructively.

He also explained that the panelists should not look at the song from a dancing perspective, and that it is a street hip hop song ,whose meaning could possibly be explained by the singer.


Nana Otu Djandor ,who is also a presenter at the same station,called into the show to also challenge the ideology behind the condemnation of the song by the panelists.

He also stated that the song is a  real street hip hop song and so if the panelists did not understand the concept of real hip hop,they should not sit there and just condemn it.


These resulted in a serious argument between the panelists and the two callers ,pushing the host to quickly bring the show to a close.....
