Just after the June 3 Circle disaster which sent hundreds to their graves,another rains has just flooded the whole of Circle after a heavy downpour on Sunday afternoon.
Accra Metropolitan Assembly went on a demolishing exercise to prevent the City from flooding after the June 3rd twin disaster.
Motorists were seen moving their vehicles in the floods but also been very cautious with their movements.
